This note is to let you know how much I have been enjoying the BrainHQ program. It has been making me feel more alert and aware of what is happening around me. My tracking ability has improved considerably."

I started the brain class the beginning of June and have noticed small improvements. I seem to be more alert, aware and words sometimes come pretty quickly. I feel good that I am exercising my brain. The exercises seem to push me a little bit and then back off. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to grow."

"I have been attending the BrainHQ class offered at the JFS for about 8 weeks. The class meets twice a week for one and a half hours. I definitely have experienced improvements in my brain activity. I focus on a task more intently and see solutions to small problems faster. I am more aware of my surroundings and people around me. I can remember where I put down my glasses, a book, my keys, etc. even the items on a grocery list without looking. Like the saying goes, 'Lose it or use it!' I am amazed over these improvements and happy!"
